You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions, providing preventative care, and ensuring a high standard of medical practice within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular health check-ups and screenings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Respond to medical emergencies as needed.
• Ensure follow-up care and continuity of services.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff.
• Participate in health advocacy initiatives and public health campaigns.
• Stay updated with current medical practices and innovations.
• Engage with patients to gather feedback on their care experiences.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree
• Postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a General Practice setting

Technical Skills

• Emergency care
• Chronic disease management

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Empathy

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification: Certification in advanced cardiac life support is a plus.
• Experience in telemedicine: Skills and experience in telemedicine are beneficial.
