Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project documentation including design specifications.
• Participate in all phases of product development from conception to completion.
• Analyze project requirements and develop innovative solutions.
• Execute design changes effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to meet standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee mechanical assembly and testing procedures.
• Participate in site visits for assessment and validation.
• Contribute to sustainability and eco-design initiatives.
• Ensure all project activities comply with legislative and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree is highly preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on mechanical design experience

Technical Skills

• Pro/ENGINEER
• GD&T

• Leadership

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Professional Engineer (PE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Project management experience: Experience managing engineering projects from concept to completion.
