Job Description

The Shellfish Processing Laborer plays a vital role in our production team, responsible for sorting, grading, and packaging shellfish products. This position demands physical endurance as you will be working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving heavy shellfish containers.
  • Ensure that production targets and deadlines are met.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
  • Monitor shellfish quality throughout the processing stages.
  • Document any discrepancies in product quality or processing equipment.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Preferred: Experience in the fishing or food processing industry.
