Job Description

As a Process Engineer in Cape Town, you will play a vital role in enhancing our manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting process evaluations, designing process flows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements that will maximize efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization projects to improve production efficiency.
• Document and maintain process engineering standards and guidelines.
• Train staff on process improvements and best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare budgets and project timelines for process improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather input for process design.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the planning and execution of process audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing process engineering role

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Languages
