Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Coordinator to manage employee compensation plans, ensuring they remain competitive while adhering to regulations. You will play a vital role in developing compensation policies and conducting market research to evaluate pay structures.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer employee compensation programs effectively.
  • Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits data regularly.
  • Respond to employee inquiries about compensation and benefits.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compensation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to government regulations affecting compensation and benefits.
  • Prepare detailed reports on employee compensation and benefits.
  • Liaise with external consultants for compensation studies when necessary.
  • Participate in HR projects related to compensation and benefits administration.
  • Educate managers on the application of compensation policies.
  • Review and enhance benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits, HR, or a related field
