Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in driving recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Your expertise in recruiting will be essential for developing effective sourcing strategies and collaborating with hiring managers to match candidates with job specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future job openings.
  • Utilise social media and networking platforms for effective sourcing.
  • Evaluate candidates’ applications and resumes against job criteria.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Create and update job descriptions to reflect current needs.
  • Analyse and report on recruitment metrics to improve processes.
  • Train and mentor junior recruitment staff.
  • Identify gaps in the candidate market to inform sourcing strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
