Responsibilities

  • Design HR policies that encourage a positive company culture.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess HR needs.
  • Conduct exit interviews to understand employee turnover.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR policies to employees.
  • Supervise payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Drive initiatives for a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Provide advice on organizational development and workforce planning.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and regulations.
  • Represent the company at HR-related events and workshops.
  • Develop succession planning for key positions within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • HR certification or Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles
