Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Researcher to join our team. The Researcher will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, collecting and analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct experiments to gather relevant data.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to extract insights.
• Document research processes and maintain detailed records.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand research needs.
• Provide expert advice on research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
• Lead presentations to communicate research findings effectively.
• Establish strong relationships with external research partners and collaborators.
• Mentor junior researchers and interns.
• Review and critique research proposals and reports.
• Contribute to the development of new research projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Research Methodology or a related field.
• Ph.D. in a relevant field is strongly preferred.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in applied research.
