Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide input on product improvements based on client feedback.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure issues have been resolved to the client's satisfaction.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients by providing training on our solutions.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on technical advancements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Additional certifications in relevant areas are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support roles
