We are seeking a passionate Event Planner to join our Cape Town team. You will be at the forefront of organizing events ranging from corporate gatherings to weddings. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a creative mindset, and a knack for managing logistics.

Responsibilities

• Craft custom event plans aligning with client desires and budget constraints.
• Coordinate logistics including transportation, accommodation, and amenities.
• Research and book suitable venues for various events.
• Engage with stakeholders to secure sponsorships and partnerships.
• Supervise the event team and delegate tasks effectively.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to improve processes for the future.
• Incorporate sustainable practices into event planning.
• Adapt to changing circumstances and resolve issues promptly.
• Compile and present detailed event reports to clients.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in event management is preferred
