Job Description

Seeking an experienced Event Planner to enhance our team in Cape Town. This role requires a professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills. You will be responsible for budgeting, vendor negotiations, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the planning process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of events, tailoring services to meet client expectations.
• Create unique concepts for events, adapting to the client's preferences.
• Manage logistics, including transport, accommodation, and catering.
• Prepare post-event evaluations and recommendations for future events.
• Network with potential clients and maintain a strong clientele base.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to bring fresh ideas to events.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• A diploma in Event Planning is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in event coordination

• English: Fluent
