Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Operations Lead to spearhead our talent acquisition processes in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in recruitment operations, particularly within technology sectors, and demonstrate a commitment to attracting top talent through innovative strategies and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment campaigns and leverage social media platforms for talent sourcing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other partners.
  • Conduct training for hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring.
  • Monitor candidate feedback and drive continual improvement in the recruitment experience.
  • Prepare and manage the recruitment budget effectively.
  • Ensure timely reporting on recruitment progress and future hiring forecasts.
  • Champion the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Engage with candidates through effective communication and updates.
  • Conduct talent market research to support strategic workforce planning.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
  • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment or HR management roles

  • Knowledge of Labour Relations Act: Understanding of South African Labour Relations Act and its implications on recruitment.
