Job Description

As a Relationship Manager in Pretoria, you will be the key point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and building long-lasting relationships. Your ability to manage client expectations and drive satisfaction will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Analyze client feedback and make recommendations for service improvement.
  • Create reports on account performance and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Facilitate training sessions for clients on new product features.
  • Attend client meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
  • Maintain an updated database of client interactions and feedback.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in account or relationship management
