Responsibilities

• Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement plans.
• Facilitate training and development of supply chain staff.
• Create forecasts and reports on supply chain performance.
• Be the point of contact for all supply chain inquiries and issues.
• Design and implement strategies for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
• Promote best practices in supply chain management across the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management is advantageous

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain roles

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management
• Data Analysis

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Project Management

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Logistics and Supply Chain Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
