Job Description

We are searching for a dynamic Sales Manager located in Johannesburg to spearhead our sales initiatives. The successful candidate will develop strategic sales plans, foster relationships with key clients, and lead a talented sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed sales plans and set performance objectives.
  • Inspire high performance and drive results by implementing effective team management techniques.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and adjust as needed.
  • Lead customer engagement initiatives to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on sales operations and strategies.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Work closely with external partners to explore new business opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasting to provide insights to the leadership team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree in Sales Management is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in a technology sales environment
