Job Description

In this position, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate their journey with our solutions. Your focus will be on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services. Responsibilities

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to provide informed support.
  • Facilitate regular customer satisfaction surveys to gauge engagement and service quality.
  • Build and maintain an extensive customer knowledge database to streamline support efforts.
  • Liaise with product development teams to advocate for customer needs and feature requests.
  • Review and analyze customer data to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer journeys and reduce customer churn.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or account management
