Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role will involve resolving inquiries, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions based on company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) while handling customer queries.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through consistent engagement.
  • Support the sales team by passing on qualified leads.

Requirements

Education
