Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating a flexible workplace culture that promotes a healthy work-life balance.
  • Manage HR budgets and oversee the department's expenditures.
  • Develop succession planning and talent management processes.
  • Utilize HR metrics to improve decision-making and strategy.
  • Aid in developing and maintaining employee training and development programs.

  • Manage the administration of payroll and employee records.
  • Engage with employees to gather feedback and address any concerns.
  • Facilitate team-building exercises and employee engagement activities.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR policies and compliance measures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus
