Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to communicate effectively and resolve customer queries efficiently. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers efficiently.
  • Log customer interactions and maintain customer records.
  • Identify customer issues and escalate them appropriately.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and service improvements.
  • Educate customers on the use of products and services.
  • Follow through on customer requests and ensure completion.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by management.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Customer Service Management or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre environment
Technical Skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems
Soft Skills
  • Problem-solving
  • Team player
Languages
  • English: Fluent
