We are on the lookout for a skilled Real Estate Appraiser to join our dedicated team in Durban. The successful candidate will possess a thorough understanding of property valuation principles and urban planning, playing a crucial role in evaluating residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth appraisals to determine property values.
• Draft and present appraisal reports for client review.
• Analyse market data to support appraisal conclusions.
• Advise clients on property-related decisions.
• Conduct property inspections and assessments in various locations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in all appraisals.
• Work closely with urban planning teams to assess land-use implications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or a related field
• Certification as a professional appraiser is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in real estate appraisal
