Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support our HR department. You will be instrumental in recruitment, employee onboarding, communication of policies, and managing employee engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about shaping a thriving workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment processes, from job postings to interviews.
  • Onboard new employees and ensure completion of necessary paperwork.
  • Handle employee complaints and conduct investigations as needed.
  • Implement and review HR policies and procedures regularly.
  • Assist in organizing employee training sessions and professional development.
  • Compile reports on HR metrics and provide insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and company guidelines.
  • Facilitate employee wellness programs and initiatives.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to support operational needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Advanced HR certifications are an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
