We are seeking a motivated HR Recruitment Specialist to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will drive our talent acquisition efforts, from identifying candidates to implementing effective recruitment strategies. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Create engaging job adverts to attract a diverse applicant pool.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to shortlist candidates.
• Provide hiring managers with interview feedback and recommendations.
• Create and maintain an efficient recruitment process that enhances candidate experience.
• Coordinate pre-employment testing and background checks.
• Support onboarding efforts to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture.
• Contribute to the development of recruitment policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in the recruitment sector
