Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Dynamic HR Solutions, you will manage day-to-day HR activities while focusing on improving employee engagement and compliance with labour laws. Bring your expertise and innovative ideas to our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to hire.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Manage employee performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Support workplace investigations and resolution processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of current HR trends and best practices.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Support health and safety compliance within the workplace.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
  • Relevant HR certifications will be an advantage.
Experience
  • 2-4 years of generalist HR experience
