As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying clients' hiring needs and utilizing your expertise to connect top talent with exciting job opportunities. You will work closely with various industries, driving the recruitment process from start to finish. Your role will involve relationship building, candidate sourcing, and client engagement to ensure recruitment success.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential candidates through networking and job fairs.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Provide feedback to candidates and clients post-interview.
• Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment targets.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions in collaboration with clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in agency settings.
