Responsibilities

  • Respond to support requests in a timely manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Assist with the implementation of IT projects.
  • Monitor and manage backup and recovery solutions.
  • Maintain IT inventory and procurement.
  • Assist users with software installation and upgrades.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Computer Science or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in IT preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support roles
