Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and providing outstanding service, actively engaging with customers to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Accurately record customer feedback and report trends to management.
  • Participate in customer service training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in the development of customer service scripts and FAQs.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and support.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
  • Diploma in Customer Relations or similar qualification
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
