Job Description

As a Learning Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our learning strategies. We seek a passionate professional who can create engaging training content and foster a growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive training programs.
  • Evaluate and refine existing training initiatives based on feedback.
  • Engage with various teams to assess and anticipate learning requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance skills.
  • Create digital learning resources to support various learning styles.
  • Track and report on training progress and effectiveness to management.
  • Foster partnerships with external training experts to enrich our offerings.
  • Encourage a culture of learning and professional development.
  • Explore innovative training solutions through technology.
  • Ensure all training materials are relevant and up-to-date.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Educational Psychology or a related field
  • Postgraduate diploma in Learning and Development is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years in a managerial position within learning and development
