As a Contract Drafting Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts. You will work closely with our legal team to ensure all contracts meet legal standards and align with company policies. Your expertise will help mitigate risks and foster strong partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review standard contract forms and agreements.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders regarding contract terms to ensure alignment.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams for risk assessment.
• Support dispute resolution processes related to contract issues.
• Maintain detailed records of contract drafts, amendments, and approvals.
• Conduct regular reviews of existing contracts and recommend updates.
• Prepare summaries of contract obligations for internal stakeholders.
• Participate in contract audits and compliance checks.
• Assist in developing contract policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• LLB preferred

• 3+ years of experience in contract law or legal drafting
