Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Japanese cuisine and a strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for preparing and serving sushi dishes, ensuring the highest quality and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute innovative sushi menus that reflect current trends.
  • Oversee the presentation of all sushi dishes served to customers.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on sushi and ingredients used.
  • Assist in creating a positive and engaging dining experience for guests.
  • Participate in the overall kitchen management and staff training.
  • Maintain proper documentation of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality ingredients are sourced.
  • Manage food waste and ensure efficient use of resources.
