Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical care, diagnose and treat patients, and collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health through comprehensive evaluations.
• Treat medical conditions following best practices.
• Work with teams to enhance patient care delivery systems.
• Document all care activities and maintain confidentiality.
• Support healthcare initiatives aimed at community health improvements.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent
• Fellowship in Family Medicine is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years in a primary care setting

Certifications

• HPCSA Registration
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
