Job Description

As an Investment Banking Analyst at Apex Finance Group, you will play a crucial role in deal execution, including mergers & acquisitions and capital markets. You will produce detailed reports and presentations while collaborating closely with senior bankers to assist in client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform company valuations using DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
  • Develop and present financial models for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with financing arrangements for clients, including equity and debt financing.
  • Track industry developments and assist in competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all transactions adhere to regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Financial Analysis
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance or investment analysis
