In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing client relationships, conducting financial analyses, and advising clients on investment opportunities. Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end investment banking processes for clients.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for client meetings.
• Identify and evaluate potential investment risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Assist clients in transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in investment banking or financial services
