Job Description

As a Catering Manager in our Johannesburg branch, you'll play a crucial role in orchestrating exceptional catering experiences. We need a detail-oriented professional to manage staff, oversee food preparation, and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all aspects of catering events.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop menus and pricing strategies that align with customer expectations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Build and nurture client relationships for repeat business.
  • Oversee event logistics, including staffing and equipment setup.
  • Schedule and manage catering staff shifts effectively.
  • Lead cost control and budget management initiatives.
  • Evaluate and implement improvements to service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
