Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our Johannesburg office. The candidate should possess extensive experience in handling litigation cases, providing expert legal advice, and representing clients in court.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement litigation strategies for complex cases.
• Negotiate settlements and manage alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Provide expert legal counsel and guidance to clients.
• Prepare and present cases in court effectively.
• Evaluate case merits and develop effective legal arguments.
• Supervise junior staff and provide mentorship.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws and legislation.
• Participate in community outreach and legal education initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent degree
• Specialization in Litigation preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years in litigation practice
