Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. This role is crucial in supporting the HR department with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is passionate about people and well-versed in HR practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff to foster a supportive environment.
  • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from job analysis to candidate selection.
  • Organize onboarding sessions and training workshops for new employees.
  • Implement employee engagement strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Manage HR administration related to payroll, benefits, and compliance.
  • Coordinate performance evaluation cycles and provide necessary training.
  • Advise on employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution.
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures to align with best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields
