Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment strategies, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool.
• Administer employee benefits and compensation plans.
• Implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
• Review and update HR policies as required.
• Support the HR Manager in the execution of HR projects.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends for employee retention.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies and procedures.
• Assist with workplace health and safety initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HR or related field
