Job Description

In this role, you will manage all aspects of payroll processing including payroll calculations, maintaining employee data, and ensuring timely dissemination of salaries. Your keen eye for detail and thorough understanding of payroll regulations will be crucial in maintaining compliance and efficiency in our payroll function.

Responsibilities

  • Verify accuracy of timesheets and adjust for overtime, sick leave, and holidays.
  • Prepare detailed payroll summaries and reports for the finance department.
  • Work closely with external auditors to facilitate annual payroll audits.
  • Monitor changes in legislation regarding payroll regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement of payroll processes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Accounting or Payroll Administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll administration
