Your expertise in building relationships will be crucial as you manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and employers alike.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with candidates and clients.
• Advise clients on best recruitment practices and talent acquisition strategies.
• Proactively identify and mitigate recruitment challenges.
• Organize and conduct recruitment workshops and training for clients.
• Enhance the employer brand through effective communication and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure alignment in recruitment strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, or related discipline
• Advanced HR qualifications will be advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years in a recruitment-focused role within an agency or corporate environment
