Responsibilities

• Utilize applicant tracking systems for efficient management.
• Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
• Engage in continuous professional development within the recruitment field.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Assess and improve employer branding and candidate experience.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources
• Relevant HR Certifications are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in recruitment with a focus on talent acquisition.
