Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative at Tech Support Solutions, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role involves providing exceptional service through various communication channels, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others and have a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customer support.
  • Address and resolve a variety of customer concerns and inquiries.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues to enhance service quality.
  • Ensure all customer interactions align with the company's service standards.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members as needed.
  • Support the sales team by providing customer insights.
  • Work on special projects aimed at improving customer service.
  • Participate in performance reviews and provide management with insights and suggestions.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant field is an advantage
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Bilingual Skills: Ability to communicate in Afrikaans or isiXhosa is beneficial.
