Job Description

As an Account Manager based in Port Elizabeth, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, responsible for understanding their needs and ensuring we deliver top-notch service and solutions. You will work closely with various departments to create successful strategies to meet client goals and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients.
  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all client inquiries and requests.
  • Participate in trade shows and promotional events.
  • Provide training and support to clients regarding product usage.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or client-facing role
