Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing our company culture and supporting our staff.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads on staffing needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations for management.
  • Assist in workplace safety initiatives and health programs.
  • Develop succession planning strategies for key roles.
  • Oversee employee engagement surveys and action plans.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and ensure a positive workplace atmosphere.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate HR qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in a similar role
