Job Description

We are seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will facilitate various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement activities, while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle from job postings to onboarding.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of HR policies.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and training programs.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Engage in workforce planning and succession planning efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant HR regulations and legislation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
