Job Description

The Learning & Development Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. You will work closely with department heads to assess and address learning needs, ensuring a positive and impactful learning experience across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the assessment of current training programs and propose improvements.
  • Design instructional materials and resources for various learning environments.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees to support their development.
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt programs to meet evolving business needs.
  • Establish metrics for measuring training effectiveness and impact.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure training relevance.
  • Advocate for learning opportunities within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
  • Master's degree or relevant certification preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Training roles
