Job Description

The Instruction Librarian will develop and deliver library instruction programs aimed at enhancing student learning and engagement. Collaborating with faculty to integrate information literacy into courses, the ideal candidate will be skilled in creating instructional materials and providing personalized research support to students.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to improve the effectiveness of library instruction.
• Engage with students to promote library resources and services.
• Organize workshops and training sessions for faculty on integrating library resources.
• Develop multimedia resources for educational purposes.
• Maintain relationships with academic departments to align instruction with curriculum needs.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Library Science from an accredited institution.

Experience

• Experience in academic library settings with a focus on instructional services.
