Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee various construction projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing on-site teams and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Document and report on-site changes to project managers.
• Facilitate communication between the site team and head office.
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of equipment and materials.
• Lead site meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in site supervision

Languages
