Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation (Grade 12)
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related qualification
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer service role or similar field
Technical Skills
  • Proficient with various CRM software

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Afrikaans: Basic
