Job Description

As a Training and Development Officer, you will be at the forefront of shaping the skills and knowledge of our workforce. You will design, implement, and evaluate training programs that cater to the needs of our diverse team. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the growth and development of our employees, thus contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness.
  • Assist in the development of succession planning initiatives.
  • Create mentorship and coaching programs for employees.
  • Work closely with external training providers to enhance offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of organizational training policies.
  • Organize and coordinate training events and workshops.
  • Ensure compliance with training regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
  • Master's degree is beneficial
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in training administration or corporate training

  • Performance Management
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Certifications
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
  • Agile Training Certification is a plus
Languages
  • English: Fluent
