Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Philanthropy Officer to lead our fundraising initiatives and cultivate relationships with donors. The successful candidate will enhance our efforts in sustainability and community support through innovative fundraising strategies.

Responsibilities

• Implement creative fundraising campaigns using various channels.
• Build long-term relationships with major donors and stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Train and support staff and volunteers involved in fundraising activities.
• Represent the organization at public events and meetings.
• Deliver presentations to potential funders about the organization's mission and impact.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Non-Profit Management or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in philanthropy or non-profit fundraising.

• Grant Writing

Certifications

• CFRE Certified Fund Raising Executive

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with fundraising software and CRM systems: Familiarity with tools such as Bloomerang or DonorPerfect.
• Public Speaking Experience: Comfortable presenting to large groups and stakeholders.
