Job Description

As a Check Examiner, you will be responsible for reviewing financial documents and verifying their accuracy. The ideal candidate will ensure that all checks and financial transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Examine checks and payment instruments for compliance and accuracy.
  • Confirm that all transactions meet regulatory standards.
  • Keep detailed records of all examinations and transactions.
  • Engage with clients and resolve payment-related inquiries.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss compliance updates.
  • Help develop training materials for new team members.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • A relevant degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial examination or a similar role.
